Both Digital (DTG) and Screen Printing processes like opaque pixels. Transparent pixels can be converted in various ways to make them printable however it is best to avoid them where possible. Follow our transparancy guide to make sure your artwork is perfect.
For best results, we always require a high-quality file.
We ask for;
a 300ppi
RGB
PNG with a transparent background.
The maximum printing area for DTG is 35cm x 45cm.
We'd recommend sticking with elements no smaller than 10pt text. Elements at this size or smaller run the risk of not printing correctly, or degrading after the first wash.
If your file doesn't meet these requirements,
extra charges and delays are likely.

All colours should be Solid Coated PANTONE colour references, if they are not specified, we'll choose the closest colour match.
